VFM Rwanda Mission 2025

Thank you for supporting the VFM Mission Trip to Rwanda in October 2025.

Across Rwanda, broken marriages are devastating families and communities. Polygamy and marital unfaithfulness remain widespread. Even many church leaders are struggling—serving tirelessly in ministry, but losing their own marriages and families in the process. In response to this crisis, we have been invited to equip church leaders, couples, and young people in three cities across Rwanda.

Our ministry will focus on:
1. Training church leaders to build strong, biblical marriage ministries within their congregations.
2. Encouraging couples to prioritize their own marriages through the challenges of ministry.
3. Preparing young people with Christian principles for building healthy, godly relationships.

Rob and Amy Rienow will serve as the primary teachers, while JD and Brooke Rienow will lead special sessions equipping teenagers with practical Christian principles for relationships. The Rienow's four younger children - Laynie, Milly, Ray and Rush will be involved in children's ministry.
